We picked St. Croix & Caribbean Dream for a family vacation, wedding & honeymoon. We have really enjoyed the island & house. The Vreelands have been great & very thoughtful. The views from the house are breathtaking. It's wonderful to wake up here in the morning! We found everything as advertised on the internet and then some! All of the beds are Really comfortable & the kitchen is fully equipped & allowed us to cater in our dinner after the wedding. The location truly is the best on the island & when we come back to St. Croix we will stay @ Caribbean Dream. If anyone is planning on getting married in St. Croix, definitely call Wanda Evangelista w/ Mahal Kita Weddings. She took care of everything for us & allowed us to enjoy our vacation. Even w/ the rain we had a fabulous time! A BIG Thank you to the Vreelands & Mahal Kita Weddings for an unforgettable time. My new husband & I will always remember St. Croix! Jan. 5-15, 02 The entire Brenner family, 3 sons and wives & their children – loved your lovely, beautifully equipped home. We have been coming to St. Croix since 1970, most of the time with our 4 children as they were growing up, now with their children. We have not been here for 5 years and can see big improvements in the island. We especially enjoyed the Buccaneer beach grotto for the small grand children and dinner at Villa Madeline & we thought Duggan's was over priced for the food quality. We would highly recommend your home and will probably return! We are from Avalon N.J., Marco Fl. and 2 sons from Charlotte, NC - also 1 son from Suburban Philadelphia, PA. Feb. 10-15, 2002 We are on our honeymoon from Chicago area and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The house is very nice, but we especially enjoyed the deck and pool. We didn’t go out and do much sight-seeing, just hung around, swam and read mostly. The view of Buck Island is spectacular – never got around to trip there but did spend some time at Cramer’s Park beach, which is about a five minute drive from here and very secluded, only one other couple was there. We saw a couple of Deer in the yard! We ate dinner at the Galleon one night, very nice atmosphere and good food, but a little bit expensive. We also ate at the Cultured Pelican, small, nice outdoor seating, food was OK but not great, good desert. Rented a Jeep from Centerline Rentals, they came and picked us up at the house an took us to the rental place in LaReine. Very convenient an the driver that picked us up was very helpful with directions an good places to eat/visit. Overall we had a wonderful time and wish we had a few more days, but we hope to return some day. Thanks for the wonderful vacation! John and Debbie PS. 2/18 – 25, 2002 What a place!! Everything written in this guest book is true. The only thing extra that we can recommend is not to leave the Island without dinner at Duggan’s and a night under the stars in the hammock. Wonderful week. Never had such a beautiful villa. Absolutely beautiful place & island – found many romantic, secluded beaches, the greatest food and perfect weather. Hope to be back next year - S. March 25 / 02 Dear Kent, Please find the keys to Caribbean Dream enclosed as per your instructions. We really enjoyed our visit to St. Croix and our stay at Caribbean Dream. The villa was terrific and we will miss awakening to the wonderful vistas of the ocean & Buck island.
