	November 18, 2007 Dear Kent and Dawn: We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caribbean Dream. It was everything you promised it would be. The view was spectacular and the villa so very comfortable. We had a few visits from so bats and got pictures of two deer just below the back patio. As everyone else has commented, the bed was extremely comfortable. Jennifer did a great job too. All the information provided on your website was very helpful as well as the follow-up information you sent with the lease and keys. Your recommendation of a florist to our son, Matthew, was wonderful. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted for more than a week. We left a pretty container under the bathroom sink for you to enjoy on your next visit. Thanks for making our 30th wedding anniversary so special. We'll never forget it. Sincerely, Bob and Cyndi M.

	June 19, 2007 Dear Kent and Dawn: Just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how pleased we were with Caribbean Dream. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. We called Joseph twice; once to pick up the previous guests' trash and then when the power went out. He was very responsive and polite. Our trip to Buck Island was memorable. Thanks for recommending it. We all remarked what a friendly and clean island St. Croix is. Although we've only been home for 2 days, we are already talking about going back. Feel free to use us as a refernce for your property. We would highly recommend it. Thanks again, Doug and Stacey

	May 26, 2007 Dear Kent and Dawn; Enclosed you will find the keys to the Caribbean Dream Villa. We would like to tell you what a great time we had. The house is beautiful and the view from the deck is magnificent. We're writing this note because we wanted to let you know how great our trip was and to let you know that your website was right on the money. Everything you wrote was very helpful and honest. Again, we had a great vacation and wouldn't change a thing except that we would definitely rented a Jeep. Thank you again, Stacey D.

	7/28/06 Dear Kent & Dawn, We couldn't be happier with the villa. It was beautiful & we can't thank you both enough. We were lucky and saw an Eagle Ray @ Mermaid beach off to the right and a large Sea Turtle to the left side of the beach. Buck Island was nice as well. We also want to know what kind of mattress you had because we slept so well!! We did everything like your brochures said to do. Refrigerator & freezer on 3 worked perfect. The last renters had everything cranked all the way up so it took 24hrs or so but after that everything worked fine. Kitty trimmed & watered the ferns on the deck & we brought some more shells back to the villa to add to the "Dream" collection. Again, Thanks so much, Brad & Kitty

Pam and I plus our friends Susan and Robert H. bid and won the St. Croix vacation home Caribbean Dream. The accommodations were great and St Croix is a wonderful place to spend a week. Our itinerary was this: breakfast on the deck overlooking the Ocean every morning, lounging on the beach and swimming the ocean until lunch on the beach at the Buccaneer Resort. We played tennis every afternoon. In the evenings we would return home for cocktails on the deck and then head out on the town for dinner. Christiansted the nearby town, as well as the rest of St. Croix, is picturesque, friendly and fun. When the vacation came to an end, we all wished we had another week to enjoy the island. It was truly a Caribbean Dream Vacation! 	Kent and Dawn, We had a wonderful time. Everything went well. Thank you for having an enjoyable place. We made a number of long distance calls that we expect to pay for. 	Lise & Per, 01/16/05 We loved the villa and the Isle and plan to return next year. Maybe not 6 at a time but only two, two and two at varying dates and/or years.

We decided to wait and mail them once we got back home since it sometimes seems to take a while for the mail to get here from St. Croix. In doing so, we seem to have misplaced our Comment Sheet, so here goes: The house is lovely and very "user friendly." The directions were good, and you covered everything clearly in your instructions (VERY good job with that!) We've rented houses there for a number of years now (always from one of the services there who manage mulitiple properties) and their instruction and information is no where nearly as clear or thorough. We would definitely go back to CD--although we might be tempted to try Villa Dawn. However, we aren't divers and only snorkel occasionally, so I think CD is probably the better choice (location-wise) for us. By the way, we got to meet Joseph and he was delightful and quite the good ambassador for you and St. Croix. Again, the house is lovely and we had a wonderful week there with our friends. Sharon

	7/24/04 Everything was wonderful. The villa was beautiful & very comfortable. It was home away from home. When we go back we would love to stay at Villa Dawn. The iron wasn't heating up very well so maybe a new iron there would be good. Other than that everything else was great. Thank you so much for letting us stay at Caribbean Dream. Mr. & Mrs. Mason

The house was so much more than we expected! It is lovely - light, bright, airy and what a view! We all had the BEST sleep ever - please, what brand are the mattresses and pillows? The house was so fully loaded - shampoo, paper towels (we've never had that anywhere before), spices - just perfect. We basically only needed our usual groceries! We hope to return to Caribbean Dream - we had such a great relaxing time! Thanks for everything - Victoria
